Safety is the No. 1 priority at Yankee Stadium, and the Yankees will take every reasonable step to provide a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone entering the Stadium.
In addition to the presence of security personnel and uniformed police officers throughout the Stadium, the Yankees administer several important security measures in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations and in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Legends Hospitality is the exclusive provider of concessions and catering services at Yankee Stadium. The Yankees and Legends Hospitality work together to promote the responsible use of alcohol. The Yankees prohibit anyone from bringing alcohol into the Stadium. Anyone who deliberately conceals alcohol while attempting to enter the Stadium will be denied entry without refund and will face possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges. Those who are or appear to be impaired will be denied entry. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the Stadium.

Pursuant to New York State law, no alcohol can be served in the Stadium prior to noon on Sunday.
Monday through Saturday games and Sunday night games:
Sale of beer at portable carts and in seating areas in the Bleachers will end at the conclusion of the fifth inning. Sale of beer in the Stadium's other seating areas will end two hours after the start of the game or in the middle of the seventh inning, whichever comes first. General sale of alcoholic beverages at all other non-Yankees Premium locations in the Stadium, other than the Bleachers, will end at the conclusion of the seventh inning.
A designated driver program, the Budweiser Good Sport Program, is available to Guests of legal drinking age who pledge not to drink alcohol and to serve as designated driver. For more information, please visit the Guest Relations Booths or any Budweiser Good Sport Kiosk throughout the Stadium.
Guests who are or appear to be impaired, who deliberately conceal alcohol while attempting to enter the Stadium or who are in any other violation of the alcohol policy face ejection without refund and possible arrest and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
The Yankees reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time.

Each Guest is welcome to bring one bag into Yankee Stadium provided the bag is soft-sided (e.g., diaper bags, small purses, etc.) and its dimensions do not exceed 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches as stipulated by Major League Baseball security regulations. Briefcases, coolers and other hard-sided bags or containers are not permitted. All bags will be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the Stadium. Bag-size bins will be used at inspection points, and bags and their contents must fit without assistance, modification or adjustment. There is no storage area for any items that do not meet security requirements.
Banners and signs are permitted provided they are baseball-related, in good taste, not of a commercial nature and not supported by wood, metal or other materials that could be injurious in a crowded public setting. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other Guests or Yankee Stadium advertising signage or be affixed to the Stadium in any manner. Banners and signs may be carried through the stands between innings only. Banners and signs may not be displayed in fair territory. Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Yankees.
No cans, thermoses or glass or aluminum bottles are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Exceptions are made for Guests with medical needs and glass baby bottles. These exceptions and any other exceptions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Yankees. Unopened soft-sided single-serve containers (e.g., small milk cartons, juice boxes, etc.), clear factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter in size or smaller, and empty plastic sports bottles are permitted.
Single-frame flash photography is permitted as are extended-length zoom lenses provided they do not interfere with the game or event or other Guests' enjoyment of the game or event. Mono/tripods, other professional camera equipment, movie cameras and any other video or audio recording equipment are not permitted. Guests are not permitted to transmit and/ or stream or aid in transmitting and/or streaming any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information about any games or events.
Guests who refuse to follow the direction of Yankee Stadium Team Members* or who do not comply with the Guest Code of Conduct face ejection without refund and revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges and may also be in violation of New York City ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Yankee Stadium, Guests will be given instructions via, to the extent available, the public-address/open-caption systems, video boards and high-definition televisions in the concourses. Guests are encouraged to:

Inspection points have been established at all Yankee Stadium entrances. The Yankees reserve the right to inspect any bags, clothing or other articles prior to entry into the Stadium and prohibit entry or require removal of any items at their sole and absolute discretion.
NOTICE: For the safety of every Guest, all persons specifically consent to and are subject to metal detector and physical pat-down inspections prior to entry. Any person or property that could affect the safety of Yankee Stadium, its occupants or its property shall be denied entry. Guests may bring into the Stadium one soft-sided bag no larger than 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches.

Such items will be prohibited from being brought into the Stadium. There is no storage area for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation should take particular care not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made.

Guests are not permitted to leave Yankee Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-entry will be permitted only in the case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency, please see security personnel prior to exiting the Stadium.
Guests are permitted to bring food for individual consumption into Yankee Stadium as long as items are brought in a clear plastic grocery-style bag and are consumed in the general seating area. Outside food may not be brought into Stadium restaurants, suites or clubs. Food that could be used as a projectile (e.g., apples, oranges, etc.) should be sliced or sectioned. In the event a child or group member becomes separated from his or her group, the Guest will be escorted to the Yankee Stadium Lobby, adjacent to Gate 2. Guests looking for a lost child or group member should locate a Yankee Stadium Team Member* and go directly to the lobby. Guest Relations provides complimentary wristbands for parents or group leaders who wish to "tag" their children or group members with their seat location. Parents and group leaders may get wristbands at Guest Relations Booths and Kiosks throughout the Stadium.

For the safety of everyone at Yankee Stadium, Guests are prohibited from leaning on, reaching over, sitting on or standing near Stadium railings, walls or ledges.
For the safety of everyone in Yankee Stadium, all Guests must stay alert and be aware of their surroundings at all times, as during all batting practices, fielding practices, warm-ups and throughout the course of all baseball games and the baseball game experiences, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands, concourses, walkways, concessions areas, Monument Park and all other publicly accessible areas within the Stadium. Further, Guests concerned with their original ticketed location by reason of the foregoing, at any time before, during or after the baseball game or the baseball game experiences, should contact a New York Yankees Ticket Representative located throughout the Stadium to request that they be relocated; however, please remember that: (a) any requested relocation is subject to availability; (b) any alternate seat or standing location may be in a section and/or level of the Stadium and/or within a price category that is not in the same section and/or level and/or price category of the Guests' original ticketed location, regardless of their original ticketed location; and (c) any Guest requesting relocation is responsible for paying the incremental price increase, if any, of the ticket price for the available alternate location.
Smoking is prohibited in Yankee Stadium. There are no designated smoking areas, and re-entry is prohibited. Violators will be ejected immediately.
Standing or sitting in the aisles, on the ramps or in the stairways is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Sitting or standing on seat backs, standing on seats or stepping over/on seats is also prohibited.
Strollers are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Fold-up strollers should be stored under Guests' seats, and non-folding strollers should be stored at the Guest Relations and Ticket Sales Booth, adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall.
Umbrellas are permitted in Yankee Stadium; however, an umbrella may only be used if, when open, it provides protection only to the Guest holding it and does not interfere with other Guests' enjoyment of the game or event or compromise other Guests' ability to view the game or event. Large and/or golf umbrellas are not permitted in the Stadium. Guests may be asked to close their umbrella if it is obstructing the view of other Guests.
