For your convenience, you have the option to have your Club Mets membership automatically renewed at the previous year's regular full price. Club Mets will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the Spring of the following MLB season to notify them of pending renewal. MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of an automatically renewed 2015 Club Mets membership if a refund request is received by contacting email@example.com within 10 days of your 2015 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after this date. Please note: Under no circumstances will Club Mets memberships be refunded once either or both of the complimentary Promenade tickets have been requested for the April or September date games.
All Club Mets members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships and have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2015 will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around January 2015 and then automatically have their memberships renewed approximately two weeks later. For information on refunds for automatically renewed 2015 memberships, please see above.
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
Your complimentary Club Mets Season Ticket Holder membership cannot be automatically renewed from year to year. See below for more information on how to obtain your 2015 complimentary membership as a Season Ticket Holder.
If you purchase a 2015 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renewed, then your membership will automatically renew in or around January 2016, unless you contact us by Dec. 15, 2015, to opt to have the automatic renewal feature canceled. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around January 2016 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in or around January 2016, and will be subject to the refund policy set forth below.
We will contact your gift recipient via email to let him/her know that you have purchased a Club Mets membership on his/her behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to register for an MLB.com account and activate the membership using the link in the gift notification email in order to receive the Club Mets online benefits, so please be sure that the email address provided is correct.

NOTE: In order to receive the online benefits of your 2015 Club Mets gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by Sept. 5, 2015. If you do not activate by such date, your gift Welcome Package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Club Mets Welcome Package contains your personalized Membership Card and a Welcome Letter.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin to be shipped in or around January 2015. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Neither the Mets, nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2015 membership cards returned by the U.S. Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Ave., New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2015 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Club Mets member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Your unique ticket voucher for two Promenade tickets to a select April or September TBD home game will be redeemable only online at Mets.com and will not be included in the membership packet you receive in the mail. The ticket code will be sent to you electronically in or around February 2015 and it will also be available on the Club Mets members-only section on Mets.com. To pick up a copy of the Mets Official Game Notes, Club Mets members can stop by the nearest Fan Assistance Station at Citi Field. Members must present their 2015 Club Mets Membership Card or printed copy of 2015 membership confirmation email and photo ID to receive their copy. Limit one copy per member, per game.

As a Club Mets member you will be entitled access to one in-game scoreboard birthday, anniversary or congratulatory message. Please email your request at least one week prior to the desired game date you want your message displayed. Email CMScoreboard@nymets.com and write CLUB METS and game date (for example, CLUB METS April 14) in the subject line, and note your Club Mets membership number in the body of the email along with your message. Your scoreboard message is subject to approval, at the Mets' sole discretion, and the Mets will not display messages that are commercial in nature, or that contain inappropriate language or nicknames.
In order to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible, MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of a Club Mets membership if a refund request is received at firstname.lastname@example.org within ten days of your purchase date; provided, however, under no circumstances will Club Mets memberships be refunded once either or both of the complimentary Promenade tickets have been requested for the April or September date games. Any request for refund or cancellation after that time is subject to the cancellation rules set forth above.
