    AAA AUTO CLUB OF NEW YORK

    Provides emergency services at no cost to stranded motorists in Citi Field parking areas. These services are available to all guests and include recharging drained batteries, changing flat tires and towing service to affiliated AAA stations. AAA will also tow to non-affiliated stations for the standard commercial rate.

    The club truck and driver will be on the premises for all home games from the 7th inning until one hour after the completion of the game.

    ARAMARK, CITI FIELD POLICY ON SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES- It is the policy of Aramark to conduct the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws. Aramark has informed the Mets of the following Aramark alcohol service policies for Citi Field:

    1. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited. All Aramark servers and management staff are to be TEAM or TIPS trained.

    2. The legal drinking age in New York is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, Aramark requires valid photo identification from every guest prior to the purchase of alcohol. ID must be presented for every sale. Accepted forms of identification include a valid driver's license with picture, military ID with picture or passport with picture.

    3. A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of Aramark management for special events or special circumstances.

    4. Alcohol sales at concession stands and in suites will stop after the seventh inning or earlier at Aramark management discretion.

    5. Alcohol sales in all Citi Field restaurants and clubs stops at the conclusion of an event. Alcohol sales in restaurants and clubs may stop earlier at Aramark management discretion or at the request of the New York Mets management.

    Note: Alcohol may be taken between levels and into all seating areas until the end of the seventh inning, at which time all alcohol must remain within club spaces. The Delta seats, Hyundai seats, Honda Clubhouse, Party City Deck and Excelsior concourse and seats between 306-333 are considered "club space". Once the game has ended, all alcohol must remain within the actual club in which it is purchased

    AUTOGRAPHS

    Guests are permitted to seek autographs along designated areas of the Field Level railings from the time gates open until approximately one hour before game time.

    AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATM)

    There are eight (8) Citi ATM machines at Citi Field. The ATMs accept the following cards: MasterCard, ATH, Visa, Cirrus, Plus, NYCE, Discover, and American Express. There is a $2 surcharge for non-Citibank cardholders. If a guest has an issue with an ATM machine at Citi Field, the guest should first contact their financial institution on the back of the ATM card. The financial institution will be able to provide guidance on the next steps based on what the issue was. ATM machines are located:

    BICYCLE PARKING RACKS

    Guests that wish to bike to Citi Field can utilize any of the 10 bicycle parking racks located outside of the ballpark. The locations of the bicycle parking racks are as follows: first base side of the Rotunda, third base side of the Rotunda, outside the Right Field Gate on 126th Street and outside the Left Field Gate.

    CAMERA/VIDEO EQUIPMENT

    Small film or digital cameras are permitted in Citi Field. Commercial grade audio, video and photographic equipment are not permitted in Citi Field due to security considerations.

    CELLULAR PHONES

    Guests are permitted to use cellular phones at Citi Field, provided their use does not interfere with fellow guests' enjoyment of the ballgame.

    CHILDREN'S TICKETS

    All persons entering the ballpark who are 32” or taller require a ticket. Children under 32" do not require a ticket to attend a game, but must sit on a parent’s lap during the game without obstructing the view of other guests. A seat will not be provided without a ticket.

    CITI AUDITORIUM

    The 150-seat Citi Auditorium features plush theater-style seats, a stage, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. The Citi Auditorium is located on the Empire Suite Level, overlooking the Jackie Robinson Rotunda.     CLUBS/RESTAURANTS

    Citi Field features six clubs located throughout the ballpark. Each club is an air-conditioned space featuring high-definition televisions, full bars, and premium concessions. Guests wishing to enter a Citi Field club or restaurant must be in possession of a ticket that provides access to that area. Each ticket identifies the clubs to which the ticket holder has access. Guests holding press passes or credentials may not enter clubs or restaurants unless accompanied by Mets Front Office staff. Club descriptions are listed below.

    Delta Sky360 Lounge
    Located on the Plaza Level and exclusive to Delta Club Platinum and Gold seat holders (rows 1-8), the Delta Sky360 Lounge provides guests with complimentary soft drinks, coffee, hot dogs and snacks, as well as a full bar available for purchase and restrooms.

    Delta Sky360 Club
    The Delta Sky360 Club is located directly behind home plate on the Sterling Level. The club features a casual, market-style dining area, two full-sized bars, and the newly added full-service Pat LaFrieda's Chop House. Reservations for the Pat LaFrieda's Chop House can be made at (718) 595-8102.

    Hyundai Club - First Base and Third Base
    Located behind home plate on the Field Level, the Hyundai Club features complimentary food and soft drinks as well as two full bars for purchase to all guests with Hyundai Club tickets.

    Acela Club
    Located just beyond section 333 on the Excelsior Level, the Acela Club is a four-tiered restaurant with views of the playing field, Manhattan skyline, and the World’s Fair Marina. The club features a bar and fine-dining restaurant inspired by Drew Nieporent, winner of the James Beard Outstanding Restaurateur award and his world renowned Myriad Group of Tribeca Grill and Nobu fame. Reservations are recommended and can be made at (718) 565-4333. For 2015 day games, fans have the opportunity to dine exclusively from the market table for $29 per person. New for 2015, a $39 per person market table dinner option is also available.

    Caesars Club
    Located behind home plate on the Excelsior Level, the Caesars Club features a full bar and multiple food offerings. The Caesars Club does not provide a view of the field, but does feature over 20 high-definition televisions so that guests may see the game.

    Promenade Club
    Located behind home plate on the Promenade Level, the Promenade Club offers two full bars and pub-style food options including burritos and chicken wings that guests can order at the counter then bring back to high top tables to enjoy with views of the field.

    DESIGNATED DRIVER PLEDGE BOOTHS (Budweiser Good Sports Program)

    The Designated Driver program is designed to encourage our guests to make responsible choices regarding drinking and driving. Guests wishing to participate must sign a pledge that they will not drink alcohol at the event. Guest receive a wristband indicating that they should not consume alcohol. In exchange for this pledge, guests receive a coupon that can be redeemed for a free 21 ounce fountain soda at most concession stands. The booths are located along the exterior of the 3B side of the Hyundai Club, 310, and 419. Booths are open from the opening gate until the end of the second inning.

    DISABLED GUEST SERVICES

    Citi Field offers several accommodations for our guests with disabilities, including seating, wheelchair entry, drinking fountains, elevators, the left field ramp, assisted listening devices, parking, restrooms, closed captioning and wheelchair requests.

    EMERGENCY PLAN

    In the event of an emergency, instructions will appear on the scoreboard and Citi Vision board. The Command Post will direct all personnel to posts to assist in the orderly evacuation of guests and event staff.

    There are seven escalator banks at Citi Field, and each is designated with a number. They can be found at the following locations:

    Plaza Level to Sterling Level:
    Jackie Robinson Rotunda (JRR) to and from the Delta Sky360 Club (#1 and #2)

    Plaza Level to Field Level:
    JRR to the Field Level across from Hyundai Club (#3 and #4)
    Right Field Gate to Section 109 (#5)
    Left Field Gate to Section 125 (#6)

    Field Level to Excelsior Level:
    Section 109 to Section 306 and the ramp to Pepsi Porch (#5B)
    Section 125 to Section 333 and the Acela Club (#6B)

    Escalators run until the end of the seventh inning. At that time, escalators will be stopped and secured. Guests should be encouraged to use the stairs elevators, or the left field ramp in order to exit the ballpark.

    EXITS & RE-ENTRY

    Guests that exit the ballpark will not be allowed to re-enter. Guests leaving the ballpark for exceptional circumstances may be permitted to re-enter provided they have received approval from a security or Guest Services Supervisor before exiting.

    Guests experiencing an issue that is not related to the action on the playing field (i.e. broken seats, unruly fans, hazardous concourse conditions) should alert Ballpark Operations by calling or texting the Fan Assistance Number.

    FAN FEST

    The Citi Field Fan Fest is located on the Field Level in center field. Weather permitting, the Fan Fest will be open when the first gate opens. Fan Fest closes after the final out of the top of the seventh inning.

    FOUL BALLS / HOME RUNS

    Guests are permitted to keep balls that are hit outside the field of play. Guests are not permitted on the field or the "batter's eye" to retrieve a ball or otherwise interfere with a ball still in play. Doing so will result in ejection from the ballpark.

    GATES OPEN

    The Jackie Robinson Rotunda, Hodges Entrance, and ticket windows will open 2 hours prior to each game so that fans may arrive early to watch infield and batting practice. All other gates will open 1 ½ hours prior to the start of the game. The Rotunda gate will open 2 ½ hours prior to weekend game start times for Season Ticket Holders only. Opening times may vary for doubleheaders, concerts and special game dates.

    GIFT CARDS

    Mets Gift Cards are available in any denomination starting at $10 and may be purchased online at mets.com/giftcards or at Citi Field retail locations. Mets Gift Cards are accepted at Citi Field retail locations, concessions, restaurants, clubs, in-seat service and ticket windows where credit cards are accepted. Gift cards cannot be redeemed if the expiration date listed on the card has passed. Balances of gift cards can be found at mets.com/giftcards.

    GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT

    The Mets Organization is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark experience. Citi Field event staff members are trained to work in unison with guests to adhere to the following code of conduct to ensure a family entertainment environment:

    • Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
    • Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
    • Obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted to detract from the guest experience.
    • Guests will show their tickets when requested and sit only in their ticketed seats.
      Note: Guests should be encouraged to keep their tickets with them at all times
    • Guests will refrain from conduct not appropriate in a public, family setting.
    • The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.

    HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM

    The Mets Hall of Fame and Museum celebrates the history of the organization with interactive exhibits that include the team's World Series trophies and rings, plaques for each of the members of the team's Hall of Fame and much more. It is located next to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and the Team Store, and on game days is open from the time gates open until the ballpark closes. Guests can access the Hall of Fame and Museum via its entrance in the Rotunda. Please note that in order to preserve the condition of the artifacts on display, flash photography is not permitted inside the Hall of Fame. No food or beverages are permitted inside at any time.

    HEALTH INFORMATION TEAM

    The Health Information Team located on the Field Level across from section 108 and is dedicated to educating fans about health-and wellness-related issues throughout the season. The space is operated by the Katz Institute for Women's Health and Katz Women's Hospitals of the North Shore-LIJ Health System. Doctors and other medical professionals are available to provide guidance and counseling to all fans at every game on a wide variety of health-related topics, including sports safety, exercise, heart health and nutrition. There are information kiosks, multimedia displays, and areas for private consultations.

    HOME RUN APPLES

    Citi Field's Home Run Apple stands 16½ feet tall and is 18 feet in diameter. The shell of the apple weighs 4,800 pounds, and its frame weighs 9,000 pounds. Guests are encouraged to visit the Shea Home Run Apple, which is now located in front of Citi Field in Mets Plaza.

    Jackie Robinson Rotunda

    This landmark partnership between Citi and the Mets has accelerated their significant commitments to the community with new resources to develop and launch outreach platforms and programs in and beyond New York City, involving both Citi and the Mets Foundation.

    As the first step in this effort, the Mets and Citi commissioned a sculpture and named the entry rotunda of Citi Field - inspired by the classic design of Ebbets Field - in honor of Jackie Robinson, the legendary pioneer and great American who broke baseball's color barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. The partnership aims to recognize and perpetuate, in and around the rotunda and the community, Robinson's legacy and the "nine values" he embodied as articulated by his daughter and Jackie Robinson Foundation Vice Chair, Sharon Robinson: courage, integrity, determination, persistence, citizenship, justice, commitment, teamwork, and excellence.

    KIDS' MEALS

    Young Mets fans can purchase a Kids’ Meal for $7.00 which includes a Nathan’s hot dog, popcorn, juice box, and prize. Kids’ Meals are available at Mr. Met’s Kids Kitchen located in Fan Fest behind Sections 140-142.

    KOSHER FOOD

    Kosher foods including hot dogs, knishes, pretzels, etc. are available at Citi Field. These foods can be purchased near section 115 on the Field Level as well as section 408 on the Promenade Level. The Kosher stands operate Sunday - Thursday.

    LEFT FIELD LANDING

    Sections 334-339 are accessible using the escalator at Section 139 or the stairwells and elevator directly above and below the Landing. Please note that the Left Field Landing is not accessible from the rest of the Excelsior Level because no thru-traffic is permitted through the Acela Club. For more information and availability, contact the Mets ticket office at (718) 507-TIXX.

    LOST AND FOUND

    The Citi Field Lost and Found Office is located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda next to the Ticket Office lobby. On non-game days, guests can contact the office at (718) 559-3178. On game days, the office is open from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

    McFADDEN'S RESTAURANT AND SALOON

    McFadden's is located adjacent to the Mets office building with an entrance on the north side of 126th Street. Guests do not need a game ticket to enter McFadden's. Guests with a valid game ticket not already used for admission to the ballpark may exit McFadden's and enter directly into Citi Field after passing through security and having their ticket scanned. However, any guest leaving the ballpark to return to McFadden's will not be permitted to re-enter Citi Field.

    MERCHANDISE

    Mets Team Store (Plaza Level adjacent to Jackie Robinson Rotunda)

    The Mets Team Store, Citi Field's largest store, is the one-stop shopping destination for any Mets fan and home to merchandise exclusive to Citi Field. For the most up-to-date information about the Mets Team Store, visit mets.com/teamstore.

    Non-game Days: Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Weekends: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Game Days: 7:10 p.m. game: 12:00 p.m. to 4 p.m., reopens when gates open and closes at the end of the game. 1:10 p.m. game: Opens when gates open and closes at the end of the game.     The Mets Team Store Presented by Majestic carries a wide array of authentic jerseys featuring the new 2015 white pinstripe jersey, our largest name & number t-shirt collection, along with much of the performance gear players wear on the field.

    Jersey Customization Station (Across from Hyundai Club first base)

    The manufacturing process of custom jerseys comes to life at our Jersey Customization Station. Fans will see jerseys riding overhead on the concourse on our new jersey roller coaster. Fans will be able to put their own name on the back of a jersey and watch it be made right on the concourse.

    Mets Team Store (Section 414 - Promenade Food Court)

    One-stop shopping destination for any Mets fan and home to merchandise exclusive to Citi Field.

    Mr. Met's Dugout Shop (FanFest)

    Located adjacent to FanFest, Mr. Met's Dugout Shop is for all women and children. This shop carries a wide variety of newborn, infant, toddler, youth, and women's apparel.

    '47 shop (Section 106)

    Nostalgic, lived-in looks for male or female guests of all ages. '47 is a family brand built on quality materials with a relaxed, collegiate style.

    '47 kiosk (Section 130)

    Nostalgic caps and limited apparel.

    The 7 Line kiosk (Section 140)

    For the fans, by the fans, Darren Meenan has created his own 7 Line Army using Social Media and the web. Some of his signature shirts, as well as some Citi Field exclusives, will be available.

    Heroes and Heritage Collectible Shop (Section 431)

    Heroes and Heritage is a smaller shop that provides the staples of Mets merchandise to fans. This shop only opens for high attendance games.

    New Era Kiosk (Hyundai Club 1st Base, Hyundai Club 3rd Base)

    Features New Era on-field caps, adjustable caps fit for all, and limited apparel.

    Nike Dugout Shop (Section 131)

    Visit Citi Field's very own Nike Shop for clothes built to play in. Find jerseys, t-shirts, shorts, jackets and more, all made with the athlete in mind.

    Mets Dugout Shop (Section 327)

    One-stop shopping destination for any Mets fan and home to merchandise exclusive to Citi Field.

    Note: Due to its location, only fans with access to the Excelsior Level club areas will have access to the Mets Dugout Shop.

    Touch by Alyssa Milano, Ladies Boutique (Section 306, Pepsi Porch Ramp)

    Touch offers everything from tank tops and hoodies to jewelry and purses, all inspired by actress and lifelong baseball fan, Alyssa Milano.

Guests wishing to participate will be asked to exit the ballpark and form a line outside the Bullpen Gate on 126th Street immediately after the game concludes.

    PARKING
    • Access-A-Ride - - The drop-off and pick-up location for all Guests using the Access-A-Ride service is the Bullpen Gate on 126th Street.
    • Black Car Service - Guests interested in hiring a car service for postgame transportation will find car service on 126th street outside the Right Field Gate.
    • Bus Parking - Located north of Citi Field on the west side of the Shea Road intersection. This lot is commonly referred to as "Pork Chop Hill" and opens three hours prior to the scheduled beginning of games/events at Citi Field. The cost of bus parking for a baseball game is $40. Any bus entering when this lot is open for a special event will be charged the special event parking fee.
    • Commuter Parking - This lot is open from 3:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and is primarily available for commuters. The cost of commuter parking is $4.
    • Game/Event Parking Rates - Any vehicle entering Citi Field's primary parking lots when they are open for a baseball game will be charged the game parking fee of $22. Any vehicle entering when these lots are open for a special event will be charged the special event parking fee.
    • Handicapped Parking - Citi Field's parking lots include more than 350 parking spaces designated exclusively for our Guests with disabilities. These spaces are located in lots A, B, F and G, and are available to any Guest displaying a valid handicapped parking pass and possessing either a Citi Field preferred parking pass or a daily parking receipt for that day's event. Additional handicapped parking spaces are available in the Southfield Lot.
    • Hours of Operation - All lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled beginning of games/events at Citi Field. The only exception to these hours is the Commuter Lot (see Commuter Lot).
    • Parking Policy for Rainouts - See Ticket Sales and Services
    • Preferred Parking Passes - They may be purchased online at Mets.com/parking or by calling 718-507-TIXX. There are four designated preferred parking areas within the main Citi Field parking lot, but preferred parking passes will be honored in any Citi Field or remote parking lot, except Lot G. Guests holding preferred parking passes may enter through any gate except Gate 1. Guests should present their parking pass to the attendant upon entering the parking lot, and display the parking pass in a prominent location when parking.
    • Primary Parking Lots - There are seven parking lots within the fence line of Citi Field.

    These lots are designated as follows:

    • A - Employee Parking (All Passes); General Parking
    • B - VIP Preferred Parking (B Passes)
    • C - All Passes; General Parking
    • D - Preferred Passes (PS) ONLY
    • E - All Passes; General Parking
    • F - Preferred/Single Game Parking
    • G - Front office staff and Front office visitors
    • Official Parking Lot; VIP Guest and Premium Suite Pass Holders

    There are seven parking lot entrances to the primary parking lots at Citi Field. Please see the parking diagram to identify the lot entrance locations.

    Remote Parking Lots - There are five parking lots outside of the fence line of Citi Field and all accommodate general parking. Three are available for all Citi Field events and two will be available only in special circumstances. These lots are designated as follows:

    • Southfield/Commuter Lot - Located on Roosevelt Avenue between 126th Street and Shea Road. It accommodates commuter parking as well as general parking for games/events at Citi Field.

    • Stadium View - Situated north of Citi Field beneath the Whitestone Parkway overpass. The lot is divided by the road leading into the primary Citi Field parking entrance.
    • Marina East - Located north of Citi Field along the marina.
    • Marina West - Located north of Citi Field along the marina. This lot will only be available for special events.
    • Flushing Meadows-Corona Park - Corona Park - Has ten areas: lots D, E and F and lots 1-7 that will be available for special events. When these lots are used, shuttle buses will be available to transport guests from the lots to the Flushing Meadows Park entrance passarelle and back.
    • Special Event Parking - All lots will generally open three hours prior to the start of a special event. Guests should check on Mets.com to determine the opening time of the lots as well as parking fees for any special event.
    • Before departing for Citi Field we encourage guests to check mets.com for the latest information on the #7 subway line, the Long Island Railroad, local traffic and parking areas. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion.

    Parking Policy for Rainouts
    If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, unless otherwise indicated, preferred (pre-paid) parking passes will be honored only for a single game make-up of that postponed game (meaning that the game is rescheduled, but not as part of a single admission doubleheader). If the game is rescheduled as part of a single admission doubleheader, the original parking pass or receipt will not be honored on that date (parking passes for the game originally scheduled to be played on the doubleheader game date will be honored), but may be returned for a refund applied to a rain check card at the Citi Field ticket windows or by mail to the Mets Ticket Office only. Account holder of record must be present to redeem refund in person.

    PETS

    Guests are not permitted to bring any animals into Citi Field with the exception of guide or service animals for guests with disabilities and on specially-designed promotional dates.

    POLICE DEPARTMENT

    The NYPD maintains a sub-station at Citi Field, adjacent to the Loading Dock.

    POLICY ON SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

    It is the policy of ARAMARK to conduct the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws. ARAMARK has informed the Mets of the following ARAMARK alcohol service policies for Citi Field:

    1. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited. ARAMARK will train their employees not to sell alcoholic beverages to a minor or a visibly intoxicated fan. All ARAMARK servers and management staff are to be TEAM or TIPS trained.
    2. The legal drinking age in New York is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, ARAMARK will require valid photo identification from every guest. Accepted forms of identification include a valid driver's license with picture, military I.D. with picture, or passport with picture.
    3. A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of ARAMARK management for special events or special circumstances.
    4. Alcohol sales at concession stands and in suites will stop after the 7th inning or earlier at ARAMARK management discretion.
    5. Alcohol sales in all Citi Field restaurants and clubs will stop 45 minutes after the conclusion of game. Alcohol sales in restaurants and clubs may stop earlier at ARAMARK management discretion or at the request of New York Mets management.

    SCOREBOARD MESSAGES

    Mets scoreboard messages raise funds for charity. Game day scoreboard greetings can be purchased for $50 with net proceeds benefiting charity through the Mets Foundation. The first 25 approved welcome, birthday, anniversary or congratulatory messages submitted in advance of each home game date will be displayed. Purchase Citi Field scoreboard greetings at mets.com/ScoreboardMessages.

    Message requests must be received no later than noon, two business days prior to the selected game date. Groups of 15 or more that purchase tickets through the Mets Group Sales department are eligible to receive a complimentary scoreboard welcome.     Citi Field scoreboard greetings are displayed on the Right Field Scoreboard, which is located atop the Pepsi Porch. Please note that some seating sections do not have a direct view of this scoreboard, and depending upon your seat location, you may need to move toward the third base side of the ballpark to view your scoreboard message.

    Scoreboard messages are displayed during inning breaks beginning in the middle of the 4th inning. Depending upon the number of requests, scoreboard messages often continue into the middle of the 5th inning or end of the 5th inning breaks.

    SECURITY POLICIES & PROCEDURES

    Security Policies- In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, the following security procedures are in place for this season:

    1. It is illegal to consume alcoholic beverages on the sidewalks or in the parking lots. Anyone doing so is subject to arrest.
    2. Glass bottles, all metal cans and containers, and hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Citi Field. Guests may bring in one, soft, plastic, factory-sealed water bottles of 20 ounces or less, Guests may also bring in one sealed, soft -sided child's juice box. Note: Water bottles and juice boxes may not be frozen.
    3. Alcoholic beverages and controlled or illegal substances may not be brought into Citi field.
    4. Intoxicated or disorderly fans will not be admitted into Citi Field.
    5. Disorderly fans inside Citi Field are subject to ejection and arrest
    6. Fans using foul or abusive language are subject to ejection and arrest.
    7. Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, are subject to arrest.
    8. Fans are not permitted to enter or remain in Citi Field wearing verbally provocative or inflammatory clothing and are subject to ejection. .
    9. All bags and hand-carried items are searched prior to entry. Items can be no longer than 16"x16 x8". There are no bag check facilities at Citi Field.
    10. Prohibited items include items larger than 16" x 16 x8"; hard-sided coolers; all metal cans (including sunscreen aerosol cans); glass bottles; open containers; commercial grade audio, video and photographic equipment; alcoholic beverages; illegal substances; laser pointers; noisemaking devices; fireworks, animals (except for assistive purposes); weapons and any items of similar nature.
    11. Citi Field reserves the right to determine what items are deemed appropriate for entry

    Smoking within Citi Field is prohibited, except for the three designated smoking areas located at:

    • Plaza Level - Left Field Gate
    • Field Level - Center field staircase landing across from the back of the CitiVision video board

    Any ticketholder smoking in any location other than the three specified above is subject to ejection.

    STERLING & EMPIRE SUITES

    There are 54 suites at Citi Field located on two levels: Sterling and Empire. Sterling Suites 1-10 are located in the Delta Sky360° Club and are accessible via the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, Hodges and Seaver entrances. Empire Suites 201-244 are located on the Empire Level, which is accessible from any of the three VIP entrances - Hodges, Seaver and Stengel-via elevator or staircase.     TAILGATING

    Tailgating is permitted only under the following conditions:

    • No open flames of any type.
    • Only one parking space may be used.
    • Consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
    • Inappropriate or dangerous behavior is not allowed.
    • For security reasons no trash bins are located in Citi Field parking lots. Guests should bag trash for pick up after the event.

    Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in a fan's removal from the parking lots and/or summoning of NYPD.

    TICKET EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

    Tickets are not refundable, and may only be exchangeable in such cases where the ticket becomes a valid rain check (see Rain Check Policy for Tickets above), and then subject to the conditions cited on the ticket and at mets.com.

    TICKET SERVICE - BOX OFFICE

    The Mets Ticket Services Office at Citi Field is located just to the left of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, which is on the South side of the ballpark (closest to Roosevelt Avenue). During the regular baseball season the office is open Monday-Friday :00am-5:30pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm and through the end of the seventh inning on game days for ticket sales and related services as indicated below.     Box Office Ticket Windows - The main box office ticket windows at Citi Field are located on the exterior of the ballpark, to the third base side of home plate and the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, adjacent to the Ticket Services Office. There is a satellite set of exterior windows near the Left Field Gate. Ticket windows are also located inside Citi Field on the third base side of the Rotunda and the third base side of home plate on the Field Level. Windows outside the ballpark may be used for sales and/or reservation pick-ups as designated. Windows inside Citi Field are used for advance sales only, with the exception of one or more Rotunda windows designated for Will Call Drop-Off only. Common window usage is further specified under relevant sections below. There is also a set of windows used exclusively for the pick-up of Mets Players tickets and Visiting Club tickets, respectively, on the exterior of the ballpark along the right field side, beyond the Payson Entrance.

    Ticket Kiosks - Ticket kiosks are at the following locations at Citi Field: outside the ballpark, to the third base side of home plate and the Jackie Robinson Rotunda; inside the Rotunda, also on the third base side; near first base and third base on the Field Level concourse; inside the Caesars Club on the third base side; and near first base and third base on the Promenade Level. Kiosks outside the ballpark may be used to purchase advance single game tickets and to pick up Internet and Phone Charge orders day-of-game. Kiosks inside Citi Field are for advance sales only.

    TICKET SALES

    Season Tickets, Ticket Plans and Packs - Information on purchasing Mets Season Tickets, Plans, Packs and Groups is available day-of-game at the Mets Ticket Sales Table located inside Citi Field. Representatives are available to assist fans in center field, across from the Big Apple seats.

    Sales tables open no later than 1 hour and 30 minutes before first pitch, and close no earlier than the 3rd inning. Please refer to the Plan of the Day when available for more specific closing times. Season Tickets, Plans, Packs, and Groups are also available at the Ticket Office lobby in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, by calling (718) 507-TIXX and at mets.com.

    Group Ticket Sales - Group purchases of 25 or more tickets to one game may be made through the Mets Ticket Office at Citi Field, by mail (Group Sales Office, New York Mets, Citi Field, Flushing, NY 11368), by email (groupsales@nymets.com) or by fax - (718) 507-7735.     Internet - Tickets may be purchased at mets.com and losmets.com using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or a Mets Gift/Rain Card. Tickets not printed at home or mailed may be picked up day-of-game or in advance at designated ticket windows on the exterior of Citi Field to the left of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and/or adjacent to the Left Field gate, and at the Rotunda-area kiosks. The credit card used at purchase must be presented to pick up the tickets.

    Phone Charge - Tickets can be purchased by calling the Mets Ticket Office at (718) 507-TIXX using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or a Mets Gift/Rain Card. Tickets not printed at home or mailed may be picked up day-of-game or in advance at designated ticket windows on the exterior of Citi Field to the left of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and/or adjacent to the Left Field gate, and at the Rotunda-area kiosks. The credit card used at purchase must be presented to pick up the tickets.

    Advance Ticket Windows - Advance tickets may be purchased at designated windows on the exterior of Citi Field to the left of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and/or adjacent to the Left Field gate. Inside the ballpark at games, tickets may be purchased at Advance Ticket Windows on the third base side of home plate on the Field Level. The regular Advance Ticket Windows located outside the park near the Rotunda are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For games, Advance Windows normally remain open through the fifth inning (may vary for doubleheaders). MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Mets Gift Cards, Rain check cards, money orders and cash are accepted.

    Kiosks - Advance tickets may be purchased at any kiosk located inside or outside the ballpark using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

    Day-of-Game Ticket Windows - Designated day-of-game ticket sales windows located at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and adjacent to the Left Field gate area outside Citi Field normally open 2 hours before scheduled game time. Day-of-Game Ticket Windows close upon completion of the top half of the fifth inning (may vary for doubleheaders). Late arriving fans may purchase day-of-game tickets through the seventh inning at the Ticket Services lobby in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda.     Clubhouse Shops - Mets Tickets are available at the Mets Clubhouse Shop located at 11 West 42 Street in Manhattan (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

    MCU Park - Mets tickets can be purchased at the Advance Ticket Office at Brooklyn Cyclones, ballpark at 1904 Surf Avenue in Brooklyn (Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with Saturday hours starting in May through the end of the season). MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Mets Gift Cards, money orders and cash are accepted.

    Mail - To order tickets by mail, fans should specify the game date(s), number(s) of tickets and preferred seating category, and enclose a check or money order payable to New York Mets or credit card number, expiration date and signature. A $5 order fee and additional per ticket fees will be applicable. Please include a phone number and/or email address in case there are any discrepancies with your request.

    Ticket Availability - Each Mets ticket order is filled with the best seats available within a seating category (outside of seating areas that are set aside for Season Ticket Plan or other package sales) at the time the request is processed. If no seats are available in the seating category requested, the order will be filled with the next best available seating category. Tickets for preferable seating locations may sometimes become available later as the game date approaches.

    Fees - Non-refundable service fees are applicable to tickets purchased by Internet, phone, mail and at the Mets Clubhouse Shops.

    Water fountains can be found throughout Citi Field. They are located outside most restrooms along the first and third baselines on the Field, Excelsior and Promenade Levels.

    WHEELCHAIR/ADA SEATING

    Over 800 wheelchair-accessible seat locations are available in various sections throughout Citi Field. Advance purchases may be made through all single game sales channels, including Mets.com and the Mets Ticket Office at (718) 507-TIXX. Subject to availability, tickets are sold day-of-game at the Ticket Office lobby inside the Jackie Robinson Rotunda. Guests with other special requirements should also be directed to the Ticket Office lobby.
