After a strong outing from Rodrigo Lopez, Baltimore's 'pen couldn't hold the lead. The O's were unable to score with a runner on second and nobody out in the 12th, then Bruce Chen allowed a walk-off homer to Justin Morneau in the bottom of the frame.

Justin Morneau blasted a two-run homer to right-center in the bottom of the 12th -- his second long ball of the game -- to lift the Twins to a thrilling extra-inning victory over the Orioles.
