• GIVEAWAY - The first 5,000 fans 18 and over will receive a Little Piranhas fishing lure courtesy of Rapala.

Saturday, May 5 (6:10 p.m.) vs. Boston Red Sox presented by Cub Foods

• BALL IN A BAG FUNDRAISER - Prior to the game, the Twins Wives Organization will sell baseballs autographed by the team members. Each ball will be placed in a brown paper bag, meaning the fan won't know whose autograph they're getting. The Ball in a Bag costs $20 per ball and will be sold at gate H beginning at 4:30 p.m. until all available are sold. Proceeds benefit the Twins Wives Organization charities. In addition, the wives will be collecting pledges and donations for Race for the Cure.

• GIVEAWAY - The first 5,000 fans will receive a Twins Hall of Fame collector pins (Jim Rantz, director of Minor Leagues and former Twins third baseman Gary Gaetti) presented of Fisher Nuts.

• PRE-GAME - Hall of Fame ceremony honoring 2007 inductee Jim Rantz, the Twins long-time director of Minor Leagues. Former third baseman Gary Gaetti will be inducted in a ceremony on Sunday, August 19 as part of 1987 World Series Reunion Weekend.

• YOUTH CLINIC (9 a.m.) - The Twins Community Fund will host a FREE youth baseball and softball clinic at the Family Service Center in New Brighton, Minn. • PLAYER APPEARANCES - Mike Redmond will be at the Roseville and Jesse Crain at the Edina Renewal by Anderson stores from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• TICKET SPECIAL - Hormel Dollar-A-Dog Night and Student Night presented by Star Tribune - Cheap Seats tickets are $4 on Wednesdays for students with a student ID (valid day of game only). $1 Hormel hot dogs (limit two per person, 20,000 total per game at concession stands only).

• TWINGO - Courtesy of Applebee's, fans can pick up free cards resembling Bingo cards with random baseball scoring plays in each square at tables throughout the Metrodome concourse. "Twingo" winners will receive Twins prizes.

• TICKET SPECIAL - Thursdays at the Majors presented by Majors Sports Cafe and WFTC - Samsung Home Run Porch tickets are just $13; $5 gift certificate to Majors Sports Cafes (purchase of $25 or more required); and if the Twins get 13 hits, all fans in attendance receive a free beverage (soft drink or beer).

• BASEBALL UNPLUGGED - Minnesota Twins outfielder Michael Cuddyer will host the first Baseball Unplugged of the 2007 season from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Stadium in White Bear Lake. His guests will be outfielders Josh Rabe and Jason Tyner. The event will include Q&A with fans, baseball trivia and door prizes. There will also be an autograph session at the end of the program, beginning at approximately 8:30 p.m.

• BREAST CANCER AWARENESS - In celebration of Mother's Day and the fight against breast cancer, a ceremonial home plate will be on the field, and pink ribbons will be on the uniforms of the players. In addition, players will wear pink wristbands, pink ribbons will appear on the bases, pink bats stamped with the Major League Baseball breast cancer logo will be available for players, and commemorative line up cards will be used. Some items will be auctioned in the future to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

• RACE FOR THE CURE NIGHT - Join us for a special Mother's Day Twins game and support Susan G. Komen for the Cure and breast cancer research.
