The assembly of the 2004 Minnesota Twins was done almost completely by the hands of general manager Terry Ryan. With the exception of two players, Torii Hunter and Brad Radke, Ryan is responsible for orchestrating the American League Central champions. And, as a member of the Twins' personnel department since 1986, he had a hand in signing Hunter and Radke, as well.
