Q. How do I make a change of address for my account?

A. Changes in account name (individual or organization) are generally not allowed. In some specific instances (i.e. change in the name of a business, a name change related to marital status), a change in account name is allowed; however it will not be made without a proper letter of authorization from the account holder. The transfer of account privileges is not permitted. In the event of any changes, please submit new information in writing to: Minnesota Twins, Attn: Ticket Sales and Service Department, 1 Twins Way, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Your request should include your account number, daytime phone number and authorizing signature. Please note: Corporate accounts will not be changed to an individual name and address without proper written authorization.

Q. I lost my tickets for an upcoming game. What can I do?

A. The Twins are able to reprint your tickets, at face value, if requested to do so by the account holder of record. A "Seat Authorization Form" must be completed, signed and received by our ticket office or a re-issue will not be processed. A $5.00/ticket is required to re-issue season tickets. Alternatively, you may email or print-at-home your season tickets via your my Twins Tickets account. Setting up your account is easy! LINK Listed below are procedures for lost, stolen or wrong-game tickets. Lost or Wrong-Game Tickets: Complete the "Seat Authorization Form" in its entirety and submit to the fax number provided. The form can be provided via fax or email by contacting your Twins account representative or the VIP Hotline at 612-370-4575. Stolen Tickets: If season tickets are stolen, a police report must be filed with the fan's local police department. When the ticket office receives a copy of the police report, duplicate tickets can be issued.

Q. How may I purchase additional tickets to upcoming games?

A. You may purchase tickets at the Twins Pro Shops, online at, via 1-800-33-Twins or at the Ticket Office located at Gate 29 at Target Field.

Q. What do I do if I need disabled seating for one or more games this season?

A. Bring the tickets for the games to which you will need accessible seating to the Target Field box office (located near Gate 29) to exchange your tickets. Please do this as far in advance as possible, as seating is limited.

Q. How do I request a scoreboard message during the game?

A. Normally a $70 donation to the Twins Community Fund, season ticket holders are allowed one complimentary scoreboard message to the game of your choice. Please submit your request at least five days in advance.

Q. Am I guaranteed promotional giveaway items with my season ticket package?

A. No, your game ticket and entrance to the ballpark does not guarantee you a giveaway item from that game. However, as a season ticket holder you have the exclusive benefit of applying for the Guaranteed Giveaway" program which includes select giveaway items be mailed to you twice throughout the season . (Some restrictions apply; watch your email for 2014 information.)

Q. How old does a child have to be to require a ticket?

A. The Minnesota Twins offer complimentary admission to children under 30" in height for regular season games, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult. (Note: All fans require a ticket for postseason games.)

Q. What time do gates open?

A. Weekdays (Monday - Thursday), gates open 1 1/2 hours prior to the scheduled game time; and on weekends (Friday - Sunday), gates open 2 hours prior to the scheduled game time. Please reference the Twins website for any updates, changes or additions to the Twins schedule.

Q. What and where is the Metropolitan Club?

A. The Metropolitan Club is located on the Club Level at Target Field along right field between Gates 34 and 29. Enjoyed exclusively by Twins Season Ticket Holders, you may gain access to the Club simply by presenting your season ticket or season ticket holder I.D. card. To access the Metropolitan Club use the escalator or elevators located near Section 103 just inside Gate 29. The Club offers themed cooking stations, a full-service bar and hosts two seating times each game to accommodate pre-game and during-game dining. Call 612-659-3964 to make reservations.

Q. Can I get autographs at the ballpark?

A. Players are not permitted to sign autographs once the gates have opened prior to a game. We recommend that fans who wish to obtain autographs attend special activities held during the year such as TwinsFest or the Autograph Party.

Q. Where can I purchase Twins merchandise?

A. There are many locations throughout Target Field to purchase Twins merchandise and souvenirs include the Majestic Twins Clubhouse located near section 102. Use your season ticket holder I.D. card to receive 20 percent off at all three Pro Shop locations in Apple Valley, Minnetonka and Roseville. (Some restrictions apply.)

Q. Can I bring a camera or video camera into the ballpark?

A. Guests are welcome to bring still cameras and video cameras into Target Field. The use of video cameras is permitted before the game; however Major League Baseball regulations prohibit the use of video cameras once the game begins. Please avoid standing in the aisles or obstructing the views of others when using camera equipment.

Q. Can I bring food/beverages/containers into the Target Field?

A. The Minnesota Twins permit guests to bring food into the ballpark as long as items are consumed in the general seating areas. Outside food cannot be brought into any restaurant, lounge or suite. Food containers must be soft-sided and fit under a guest's seat. Sealed, bottled water 32 oz. or less and soft-sided juice or milk containers are the only outside beverages permitted into Target Field. Soft-sided containers and bags 16" by 16" or smaller are permitted into Target Field. Coolers and bags of any size with hard sides are not allowed in the ballpark.

Q. What items are not allowed in the ballpark?

A. No bags larger than 16" x 16" will be allowed into the ballpark. The following items are also not allowed: ball retrievers, balloons, bats, beach balls, boom boxes, brooms, fireworks, footballs, Frisbees, hard-sided coolers laser pointers, lawn chairs, noise-making devices, weapons, wooden stick or rods. Small whiskbrooms and small souvenir bats are permitted. Umbrellas are permitted inside Target Field provided their use does not block the view of other guests.

Q. Where can I find an ATM at Target Field?

A. There are several US Bank ATMs throughout the ballpark. They can be found on the Main Concourse near Gate, sections 115 and 125; the Club Concourse near Event Suite 7, Legend's Club section Q and section 231; and the Terrace Concourse near sections 203 and 226.

Q. Who can I contact for Lost and Found?

A. A guest who has misplaced an item should contact the nearest Guest service Center immediately or contact the Minnesota Twins Lost and Found the following day at 612-659-3640. Items not claimed after 90 days will be donated to charity.

Q. What happens in the event of a rain delay or postponement?

A. Even during inclement weather, the Minnesota Twins will make every effort to play scheduled games. The right to delay the start of the game rests with the home club. Once both team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards, the right to determine whether the game will e interrupted or terminated is at the discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Q. How can I re-sell tickets?

A. StubHub, the official fan-to-fan marketplace of, is an online ticket provider where anyone can sell or buy Twins in a safe and secure environment. The resale of Twins tickets is strictly prohibited on Target Field property.

Q. Are Tours offered at Target Field?
