Great, I'm all logged in. Now what?

My Twins Tickets is the database for your entire ticket inventory and all ticket activity will be reflected on the MY TICKETS page. To help you manage your inventory, you can apply filters to change your view of tickets based on:

  • All Tickets - all tickets in your account
  • Active Tickets - tickets that have not been resold or transferred and are still valid for admission
  • Transfer Tickets - tickets you have transferred to another person or pending transfer
  • StubHub Tickets - tickets that have been sold or pending sale on StubHub

Each of your original tickets carries a unique bar code, which is cancelled and reissued when you transfer a ticket to another person. No need to deliver tickets or leave them at Will Call. Tickets can be printed on a personal printer!

Now what?

Great, so you found someone to keep your seats warm! Expect to receive an email confirming that your transfer offer is accepted or declined. Make sure you really want to transfer your seats because you can't cancel a transaction once the recipient accepts. If they accept, your original tickets will no longer be valid. If your transfer is declined, your original tickets will remain valid. If your transfer is not accepted within 2 hours before game time, your transfer offer will expire and your original tickets will remain valid.
