TWINS UNIFORMS & LOGOS
  Uniforms: 1961 - Present
The Twins began wearing their current uniform style in 1987. The home jerseys are white with navy blue pinstripes and a "Twins" script in scarlet on the front and a Twins State of Minnesota patch on the left sleeve. In mid 1996, names were added to the back of the home uniforms. The road uniforms are grey with navy pinstripes, block "Minnesota" in scarlet on the front, the Twins' primary logo on the left sleeve and names in navy on the back. The 1997 season marked the first time the Twins had an alternative or "Sunday" jersey. The jerseys are navy blue with red piping, the Twins' primary logo on the left sleeve and names in white on the back. The alternative road jersey has the block "Minnesota" on the front and the home jersey, which was introduced in 1999, has the "Twins" script on the front. The hat, navy blue with an interlocking scarlet and white script "TC" is the home hat, and navy blue with a scarlet script "M", is used for road games. Some subtle changes were made in 1994 including the removal of the script "M" from the stirrups and the lightening of the blue, which has been made more standard to better match the blues of other teams.
