In order to purchase a Twins Territory Team Membership, you must complete the Twins Territory Team order form on twinsbaseball.com and provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The twinsbaseball.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Twins Territory Team member login. You must use (or, for gifts, provide) a unique e-mail address and password for each membership purchased. The Minnesota Twins and/or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the twinsbaseball.com Terms of Use. All sales are final unless cancelled in accordance with the refund policy set forth below. For additional questions regarding membership, please contact us.
For your convenience, you have the option to have your Twins Territory Team subscription automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. If you purchased a 2012 Twins Territory Team membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to TwinsTerritoryTeam@website.mlb.com before December 1, 2012. (Renewed subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts.) Twins Territory Team will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal by email in the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal (see below).
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2011 MEMBERSHIP
All Twins Territory Team members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their membership, who have not cancelled or purchased a membership for 2012, will receive notification of the pending renewal in January 2012, and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
We will contact your gift recipient via e-mail to let him/her know that you have purchased a gift Twins Territory Team membership on their behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail in order to receive the Twins Territory Team benefits and welcome package, so please be sure that the e-mail address was entered correctly. If the intended recipient did not receive the e-mail, please contact us. Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.
YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR TWINS TERRITORY TEAM MEMBERSHIP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD AND YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE. The e-mail you receive when you are notified of your gift includes a special link and information on how to activate your membership. You must click on that link and follow activation instructions.
NOTE: In order to receive the benefits of your 2012 Twins Territory Team gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible. You must activate by September 1, 2012. If you do not activate by such date, your gift membership package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Twins Territory Team welcome package contains your membership card and a welcome letter from the Minnesota Twins.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin to be shipped in January 2012. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the Minnesota Twins nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2012 Membership Cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2012 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Twins Territory Team member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Cards may be replaced, for a fee, at the discretion of the Minnesota Twins and/or MLB.com. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a request and a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $5.00 to Twins Territory Team Replacement Card, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. TWINS PRO SHOP DISCOUNT
All members of the Twins Territory Team will receive a 15% discount at Twins Pro Shops in Minnetonka, Roseville and Apple Valley. Present your 2012 Twins Territory Team membership card (or a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail) to receive the discount.
Twins Territory Team discounts are not valid for game-used items or sale items and are subject to any other restrictions that may be imposed from time to time by the Twins or the official Twins Pro Shops. The discount must be used at time of purchase and may only be received upon presentation of a valid membership card (or a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail). Discounts may not be combined with any other offer.
TWINSBASEBALL.COM ONLINE SHOP DISCOUNT AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Members can take 15% off a single eligible order at the twinsbaseball.com/Shop, the Official Online Shop of the Minnesota Twins. A one-time-use promotional code will be available to all members through the Twins Territory Team members-only section on twinsbaseball.com. The promotional code will be valid from December 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012 at 10:59 p.m. CT. Limit one use per customer/e-mail address. Members of Twins Territory Team may elect to receive a 30-day trial of the MLB Insiders Club. You can continue your membership for only $2/month (billed annually). Upon payment of first year's dues you will be shipped a FREE Minnesota Twins Stadium Blanket, a FREE MLB Insiders Guide, a FREE MLB Records Booklet, plus then-current members will get a FREE Official MLB All-Star Game Program in July, all at no additional cost. If you do not wish to continue your MLB Insiders Club membership, simply return a dues notice marked "cancel" and owe nothing, and your membership will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received 49 days after the third notice. Any issues of MLB Insiders Club Magazine and any benefits, gifts or privileges you've already received will be yours to keep. You agree to receive the MLB Insiders Club e-newsletters, and to continue to receive them even if you cancel your membership, though you can unsubscribe from receiving such newsletters at any time. Members of the Twins Territory Team will have access to a presale allowing them the opportunity to purchase single-game tickets for the 2012 season before the general public. Information on this presale will be posted on the Twins Territory Team members-only section on twinsbaseball.com and sent to members by e-mail no later than March 1, 2012.

Members of Twins Territory Team will have access to special offers and content on the members-only section of the site. You must have a valid Twins Territory Team username and password to log in. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Twins Territory Team member login.
The Twins Territory Team E-newsletter allows members to access content and special offers, made available for Twins Territory Team members. You must register for the e-newsletter with a valid e-mail address and can opt-out of the e-mail at any time. Neither the Twins, nor MLB.com, are responsible for invalid e-mail addresses or e-mails that bounce or are filtered by e-mail providers. In order to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible, MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of a Twins Territory Team membership if a refund request is received at TwinsTerritoryTeam@website.mlb.com within ten (10) days of your purchase date. Any request for refund or cancellation after that time is subject to the cancellation rules set forth above.
