Lee Cancer Care Golf Tournament at Verandah
The 10th annual event benefits Lee Cancer Care. Former Twins player and FSN broadcaster Bert Blyleven was the tournament chair.

Sunday, Feb. 24
"Twins and Pins for Habitat" Bowling Tournament
The "Twins and Pins for Habitat" Bowling Tournament was Sunday, Feb. 24, at 4:30 p.m. at Gator Lanes in Fort Myers. This was a fundraiser to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Lee County to help provide simple, decent housing for those who cannot otherwise afford a decent place to live, with the ultimate goal of eliminating sub-standard housing.

Friday, March 7
The Minnesota Twins Kid's Challenge is Friday, March 7, at 4:30 p.m. at the Lee County Sports Complex. The event is a triple play of fun, which includes three running events to raise scholarship funds for kids who aren't financially able to stay active in sports -- and more importantly -- stay in school.
