AUTOGRAPHS
Major League Baseball players are not allowed to sign autographs prior to or during the game. Guests can attempt to receive autographs from Twins players by waiting in the designated area outside Gate D after the game. There is no guarantee that any Twins player will sign autographs. Fans are not allowed access to visiting players after the game. Fans who wish to receive specific autographs are urged to contact specific players by mail c/o the Minnesota Twins.

AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES
ATMs are located at Sections 105, 115, 123, 127, 136 in the lower concourse and 203, 227, and 237 in the upper concourse.

BANNERS
Banners cannot contain advertising or carry disparaging or obscene messages. Banners may only be hung from the facing of the upper deck, and cannot cover any scoreboards or existing advertising. All banners should pertain to the Twins or baseball.

ELEVATOR
The Metrodome is equipped with one passenger elevator to move guests between stadium levels. The elevator is located at Section 116 in the lower deck, and Section 216 in the upper deck.

GUEST SERVICES By Cambria
Located in the Twins Executive Office lobby (across from Section 132) in the concourse at Gate F, Section 229, and at Section 100 (Weekends only), Guest Services is staffed to handle questions and/or concerns. This office also serves as a lost-and-found, ticket outlet, and is the area to answer stadium pages during the course of a game. To telephone the Guest Services office, call (612) 375-7491.

FIRST AID
Guests requiring First Aid are urged to contact any member of the Guest Services or Security staff. First Aid may also be called by a Centerplate employee at any concessions stand. A First Aid team is stationed on the lower level concourse at Section 116, and at the top of Section 127-129, for minor incidents.

FOUL BALLS
Guests may keep any baseball hit into the stands as long they do not interfere with the safety and comfort of others. Major League rules prohibit fans from interfering with the ball in play; offenders will face immediate ejection from the stadium.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available through the Twins ticket office, or at the Twins Pro Shops. Gift cards are valid for both tickets and Pro Shop merchandise.

GROUPS
Groups of 25 or more receive preferred group seating, special group discounts, and scoreboard recognition. In addition, every Monday evening game is a Double Play Monday, when groups of 25 or more receive a $20 upper club seat for just $10 or a $19 Home Run Porch seat for $9.50. Groups may also choose special concessions discount packages. For groups of 100 or more, pre-game hospitality areas and the Skybox are available. KIDS DAY
Every Sunday is Twins Kids Day. Up to two kids (14 & Under) can receive FREE admission in the Cheap Seats or Home Run Porch with the purchase of one adult ticket in the same section. A $2 coupon for any Kemp's Twins ice cream treat is included. In addition, pre-game on the plaza, kids (14 & Under) can participate in a FREE autograph session with current Twins. All kids in attendance also have the opportu-nity to run the bases after each Sunday game (See Run The Bases).

LASER DEVICES
The Minnesota Twins and the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission prohibit fans from possessing and using laser pointing devices, as well as any similar devices. These items present a serious risk to the well-being of guests, employees, and players. Any such devices will be confiscated, and the holder may face ejection or arrest.

LOST AND FOUND
If a fan has lost or found something, they should contact the nearest Guest Services representative immediately, or contact the Twins the following business day at (612) 375-7432.

LOST CHILDREN
Children separated from their parents or group will be escorted to a Guest Services location. For assistance, contact a Guest Services representative or Security.

PAGING
Paging is only done in the case of emergencies. If a guest receives a page, they should report to any Guest Services location (Gate F, Sec. 132, Sec. 229 or Sec. 100 (weekends only)).

PROGRAMS AND SCORECARDS
The official Twins Magazine, with scorecard, is available for $2.00 at any novelty stand. Scorecards are also available for $1.00.

PRO SHOPS
The Minnesota Twins operate three retail stores, which carry licensed merchandise from the Twins and Major and Minor League Baseball, as well as NFL, NBA, NHL, and NCAA items. These stores sell game-used merchandise, gift cards, as well as Twins tickets.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Bottles, cans, and other beverage containers are not allowed into the stadium, except for non-alcoholic beverages purchased on the Plaza. No bags larger than 16"x16"x8" will be allowed into the park. All bags meeting this criteria, including purses, are subject to search. Fans may bring food items into the dome, provided they are in small paper or plastic bags.

RADIO BROADCASTS
All games are broadcast on KSTP Radio1500 AM and throughout the Midwest on the Twins RadioNetwork.

RE-ENTERING THE STADIUM
Guests leaving the ballpark may not re-enter, either before or during the game, except for fans attending pre-game events in the Plaza. These guests will require a signed ticket in order to re-enter.

"RUN THE BASES"
After every Sunday home game, the Twins invite all fans age 14 and under to run the bases. All fans 14 and under that wish to participate should line up at Section 135-136 or 139-140 at the end of the game. In addition, after each midweek day game, seniors have the opportunity to run the bases.

STADIUM CLUB
Located at section 109, the Stadium Club is to open Season Ticket Holders from the time gates open until one hour after the game. This non-smoking area features a full service bar, dining options, and special events and opportunities for Season Ticket Holders. To gain access guests must show their season ticket or UGA Season Ticket Pass.

SCALPERS
The Twins do not sell tickets to be resold and will not sell tickets to anyone we believe may re-sell tickets. The Twins urge all guests to purchase tickets through established means and not patronize ticket brokers or scalpers.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES
The Minnesota Twins offer guests the opportunity to display birthday, anniversary, and "special welcome" greetings on the black and white matrix board in left field. For birthdays of 70 or more, as well as anniversaries of 25 or more, messages will be displayed at no charge. All other greetings require a donation to the Twins Community Fund. Space is limited, and requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis up until the end of the first inning. For more information, visit Guest Services, or call (612) 375-7514.

SKYBOX
For each game, the Skybox is available for rental for groups of up to 100. The Skybox is located above right field at Section 109. For rental information, fans should call (612) 375-7454.

SMOKING POLICY
In accordance with the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act, there is no smoking in the Metrodome. Smoking is permitted in the outer gate areas between the turnstiles and revolving doors only.

TC's BIRTHDAY DEN
(Located in Section 209)
Young Twins fans (14 & Under) can celebrate their birthday with the Broadway Pizza Twins Birthday Pack, which includes tickets, hot dogs, sodas, popcorn, scoreboard recognition, Twins cap, pennant, and a pregame meet & greet with TC. TERRACE SUITES
Treat your VIP group to a new venue in Twins Hospitality. Terrace Suite One provides space for groups of 53, 72 and 125. The Ticket Exchange Touchdown Club (formerly Terrace Suite 2) is available for single game ticket purchases. Amenities in these upscale spaces include
flat panel TVs, extensive catering, game program for each guest, private restrooms and a concierge staff. For more information call 612-375-7454.

TWINS COMMUNITY FUND

TOURS
Metrodome tours are offered every Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 11

VIDEO CAMERAS
Use of video cameras is permitted before the game. Major League Baseball regulations prohibit the use of video cameras once the game begins.
