Fans taking the CTA to the game during the White Sox Baseball season should follow the directions below. Fans coming from the south suburbs or from downtown may also ride Metra's Rock Island train to the ballpark, and exit the train at the 35th Street /"Lou" Jones Station.

  • From The North Michigan Avenue/Downtown Areas

    From any Red Line subway station along State Street (Chicago, Grand, Lake, Washington, Monroe or Jackson), board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • From The South Side

    Board a northbound Red Line Howard train and follow the instructions above.

  • From The Southwest Side

    Board a northbound Orange Line Loop train to Roosevelt. Descend the stairs or elevator to the transfer tunnel to the Red Line subway. Board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • From The North Side

    Board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • From Ogilvie (North Western) Transportation Center

    Use the Washington St. Exit. Board an eastbound #20 Madison or #56 Milwaukee bus and obtain a transfer. Exit the bus at State St. Descend the stairs or elevator to the Monroe Red Line station. Board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • From Union (Amtrak & Metra) Station

    From the west side of Canal St., board a #1 Indiana/Hyde Park or #151 Sheridan bus and obtain a transfer. Exit the bus at State St. Descend the stairs or elevator to the Jackson Red Line station. Board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • From Randolph Street, Van Buren Street Or Roosevelt Road Stations (Metra & South Shore)

    Walk west two-three blocks to State St. Descend the stairs or elevator to the Red Line station. Board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • From Lasalle Street Metra Station

    Use the LaSalle St. exit (east exit) from the station. Walk east three blocks along Van Buren St. to State St. Descend the stairs or elevator to the Jackson Red Line station. Board a southbound Red Line 95th/Dan Ryan train and follow the instructions above.

  • Metra Rock Island

    Get off the train at Metra's 35th Street "Lou" Jones Station and walk to the park.

    From LaSalle Street Station (Van Buren and LaSalle Streets): Take a Rock Island train and get off at the 35th Street/"Lou" Jones Station, then walk west on 35th Street to U.S. Cellular Field.

    Getting to LaSalle Street Station from Union Station: Cross the river and walk five blocks east on Jackson to LaSalle Street, then walk one block south to Van Buren Street. Take a Rock Island train and get off at the 35th Street/"Lou" Jones Station, then walk west on 35th Street to U.S. Cellular.

    Getting to LaSalle Street Station From Ogilvie Transportation Center: Cross the river and walk five blocks east on Madison to LaSalle Street, then walk four blocks south to Van Buren Street.

  • Pace Service

    Pace offers direct express bus service to U.S. Cellular Field from six suburban locations. The U.S. Cellular Field Express routes serve the Home Opener, weekend, holiday games, and most games in June, July and August. Weekend games only during the months of April, May, September and October.

    The six suburban locations are:

    Route 773 South Holland/Tinley Park

    South Holland, Pace Park-n-Ride. Located at intersection of 167th St. and Canal, south of Pace South Holland Division.
    Tinley Park, DeVry University - 18624 W. Creek Dr. Parking is located on NW side of parking lot, near 76th Ave. entrance. Look for Pace U.S. Cell Parking signs. Bus pick up is at bus shelter located on W. Creek Drive.

    Route 774 Palos Heights/Oak Lawn

    Palos Heights, Palos Heights Metra Station, 11451 Southwest Highway. Bus stop is on the upper level near the station. Look for Pace bus stop sign. No parking fees collected around game time.
    Oak Lawn, Oak Lawn Metra Station, 9525 S. Tulley Ave. Bus stop is at 52nd and Yourell Drive. Parking is free on the Metra parking deck. No parking fees collected around game time.

    Route 775 Bolingbrook/Burr Ridge

    Bolingbrook, Pace Park-n-Ride, 120 E. Old Chicago Drive. Illinois 53 (Bolingbrook Dr.) and Old Chicago Drive.
    Burr Ridge, Pace Park-n-Ride, McClintock Dr., & Lincolnshire Dr. East of County Line Square Shopping Ctr.

    The fare is $4.00 each way per person payable on the bus. Use your Ventra card or exact fare.

    After the game, fans can catch cabs on 35th Street between Gate 4 and Gate 6
