Minnesota Twins fans are urged to mark their calendars as the team announced today two major ticket initiatives for their inaugural season at Target Field. For the first time, information is being released to fans about how they can secure single-game seats for the historic Opening Series against the Boston Red Sox and games for the balance of the 2010 regular season. Information for both of these opportunities is detailed below.

Opening Series Ticket Opportunity
Beginning at TwinsFest on Friday, Jan. 29 and continuing through Wednesday, Feb. 10, Twins fans can register online to participate in a random draw for the opportunity to purchase tickets to any of the Inaugural Opening Series games at Target Field. Fans selected through this process will be provided the opportunity to purchase tickets to any of the games during the Twins series against the Boston Red Sox on April 12, 14 and 15. Fans not able to attend TwinsFest may access www.twinsbaseball.com to register for this special opportunity also starting Friday, January 29.

Single-Game Ticket Sales for Balance of 2010 Regular Season

Tickets will be available at www.twinsbaseball.com, by calling 612-33-TWINS, 800-33-TWINS and at the Target Field box office. Single game tickets may be purchased at Twins Pro Shop locations in Apple Valley, Minnetonka and Roseville starting at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 15, 2010.
