What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?
15 tickets per game is the minimum required purchase to qualify as a Group Sale.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You are welcome to pay by cash, check, money order and Cubs Dollars as well as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Please note that a 12% amusement tax will be added to the ticket price.
When do group tickets go on sale?
Phone, mail, and online orders will be accepted beginning Thursday, January 9, 2014.
Will my group be seated together?
We do our best to ensure that your group will be assigned in a block of seats all together. In the event that we would have to separate your group, we would contact you to get your approval.
What days do you offer group sales?
Please see our group schedule for exact dates. Unfortunately there are some dates that are not group sales eligible.
Can I return tickets if I can't use them?
The Cubs are able to accept returns of up to 10% of your total group purchase. We would need to have the tickets returned to us at least 10 days before your scheduled date. Returns are not accepted for discounted tickets
When will I get my tickets?
You should receive your tickets at least 2 weeks before your scheduled date. Please contact the Group Sales department by phone at 773-404-4242 or by email at if your tickets have not arrived by that time.
What time can I get into the ballpark?
The gates open 2 hours prior to game time.
Where is the best place to park my car, RV or bus?
Order your bus parking for select dates through Group Sales. The Cubs have a limited number of spaces for bus parking on weekday afternoon games only (excluding Opening Day and holiday games). Parking is available in the Cubs Green Lot for $60 per bus. The Green Lot is one block north of Wrigley Field on 1126 W. Grace Street. For a reserved spot, call your Cubs Representative for game date availability at (773) 388-8270.
What methods of transportation are available to the ballpark?
Cubs fans are strongly encouraged to use public transportation going to and from Cubs games.

  • The CTA Red Line provides direct service to Wrigley Field via the accessible station at Addison. Fans can transfer to Red Line trains from all other rail lines and from most east-west bus routes. Learn more »
  • The Chicago Cubs offer a free bicycle check service for all Cubs home games. Racks are located off of Waveland Avenue at the car wash located adjacent to Wrigley Field. Bicycles are claim checked and secured during the game. The bike check service opens two hours prior to each game's scheduled start time and closes one hour after the game ends.
  • The Cubs operate a shuttle and parking service at the DeVry University campus located off Addison St. and Western Avenue for all weekend and night games. For $6.00 you can park your vehicle and all occupants ride the shuttle free to and from the ballpark. Take advantage of the savings with the easy in and out of our secure remote parking facility. The first shuttle leaves two and one half hour prior to the game. The shuttle runs for one hour after all Night Games and for two hours after all Weekend Day Games.
What am I allowed to bring into the ballpark?
Sealed plastic bottles of water and soft drinks not exceeding one liter are acceptable; no bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages are permitted. Food, such as a bag lunch, is allowed into the ballpark. Bags, purses, fanny packs, small soft sided coolers and backpacks smaller than the size limit 16"x16"x8" are allowed in the ball park. Stroller and wheelchairs are also permitted. All permitted items will be subject to search.
What age do children require a ticket for admission into the ballpark?
Toddlers, 24 months or younger, do not need a ticket to enter Wrigley Field. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
My tickets were lost or stolen. What can I do?
We are able to reprint your tickets for you. There is a fee of $5 per ticket and your tickets will be held at Will Call for day of game pick up.
Is wheelchair accessible seating available?
Yes, Wrigley Field has several wheelchair accessible seating locations available. Please call 773-404-4107.
How will I know if a game is available before I place my group order?
You may check group sales availability by calling the group sales line at 773-404-4242.
What if I would like a refund or refund information?
Refunds on full price tickets will be given on 10 percent of the total number of tickets purchased per game if the unused tickets are received by the Cubs Group Sales Department at least 10 days prior to the game in question.
